Week 38 · the shortlist that starts the day
What shipped
- The site. The page you are on now, in English and Dutch, including the example of a morning shortlist you can tap through.
- The knowledge library. Two articles to start: what an applicant tracking system really does and three cover letters that get read. One new article every week.
What is next
Three pilot setups. Each one is a one-hour call where the agent gets installed in the customer's own Claude desktop, built on their own CVs. The target is under sixty minutes from empty folder to first shortlist email, and we will publish what the stopwatch actually said, including the parts that went wrong.
This week's CV tip: the top third decides
A recruiter with 300 applications gives your CV a first pass measured in seconds. Everything that decides whether there is a second pass sits in the top third of page one: your headline, a three-line profile, and the first two bullets of your most recent role.
So do this before your next application. Open the vacancy, find the two requirements they repeat, and make sure both are answered above the fold — in their words, with a number attached. Then check the rest of the CV for anything that contradicts it. Most CVs are not too weak; they are too slow.
